During this 4 session program (sessions are billed *individually* and covered by most insurance plans) you can get a sense of the strengths of your relationship and what needs working on.
Session 1: Meet with your couple’s therapist together. Both partners get a chance to meet the therapist and discuss their hopes and goals for counselling. Both partners fill out in-depth relationship questionnaires tailored to your relationship.
Session 2 & 3: Partners meet the couples counsellor individually to discuss their goals and concerns.
Session 4: Couples therapist presents the results from the Check Up and offers suggestions for the couple moving forward.
