1. Check your coverage – Contact your Insurance Provider to confirm your direct billing eligibility. At the practice we have Registered Clinical Counsellors, Canadian Certified Counsellors, and Registered Social Workers.
2. Book your session – Schedule an appointment with one of our licensed therapists. Make sure to let us know your insurance information when you book!
3. We submit your claim – At the end of your session, we’ll process the claim for you
4. Pay the difference (if applicable) – If your plan covers the full session, you pay nothing! If there’s a remaining balance, you’ll only need to cover that portion.
