- Find a Provider: Search for a registered psychologist or clinical counsellor who is approved by ICBC to provide counselling services- such as our team members listed above.
- Book your first appointment and receive treatment: Contact your chosen provider and schedule your appointment. Be sure to inform the provider that your visit is related to ICBC and provide information such as your ICBC Claim number and other relevant information so we can get the direct billing process going.
- Continue your treatment and journey to healing: Continue attending your sessions as per your treatment plan.
Important things to note about ICBC covered therapy:

- Top up fees may apply if ICBC’s maximum reimbursement is less than requested treatment.
- ICBC covers the cost of sessions, but not “no show” appointments, if you fail to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hours cancellation policy you will be responsible for the whole cost of the session
