Are you ready to improve your marriage or relationship? Arezou is a seasoned couples counsellor with over 10 years of experience and specialized training (EFT and Gottman). She is passionate about working with couple’s at various stages including the transition to parenthood.

More about Fernanda: Fernanda and Stephanie went to graduate school together and have known each other since 2014. Fernanda is a seasoned therapist, spouse, and mother. She is a kind, funny, and intelligent person with a special interest in helping folks overcome anxiety, and learn how to manage life’s big transition moments (like becoming a parent!). Fernanda is also passionate about women’s mental health including changes that occur to a woman’s identity over her lifespan. Fernanda also loves animals, traveling, and can speak Spanish.

Stephanie is also a mother and spouse and understands the real complexities of those roles.

Stephanie is a seasoned therapist, she has an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria. She is double certified as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (RCC and CCC). Stephanie has received specialized training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and EMDR therapy.
